Went by to get a Food Box that was passed on to family members who needed it. People inside & outside are always very courteous & pleasant. They'll surprise you with some of the items given, (i.e., super large container of Tide, multitudes for 2 chicken, good looking steaks, deli lunch meat). Really Excellent place if you are in need of food.

The people and volunteers are great. The food is hit or miss, sometimes not enough to feed me and my two grandchildren for even a week. Only two boxes per month, but blessed for all they do for me and my family.

Since the pandemic, they've figured out a streamline method to help the community with minimal contact. The people and volunteers that work here are amazingly professional and kind. Even though the line seems long when you first pull up, it moves fast.

Upon arrival there is usually a line to wait in. Once inside a "worker" will review your d.l. or i.d. and proof of residency. They will give a pink slip to turn in to receive your distribution. Everyone is encouraged to return 2 times a month. Outside there are tables where volunteers pass out food according to family size. It's just for my hubby and I, it is an abundance of what we used call back in the day, "the 4 food groups". The food is great. This is the same food that is sold at local stores, however for whatever reason the food can no longer be sold, so this organization helps control food waste and hunger. If you are looking to stretch your food dollars and provide, this is place to go. The food is "free" to anyone who needs or wants it. I received over approximately 60 lbs of food. Definitely going back for sure. No proof of income is required.
